Soldier's 'Hurt Locker' Suit Kept Alive, Sent To Calif.

Law360, New York (November 19, 2010, 7:30 PM EST) -- A federal court has allowed an Iraq war sergeant to proceed with his breach of contract and right of publicity suit alleging the main character in the award-winning movie “The Hurt Locker” was based on his life without his consent, though it ordered the case to be transferred to California.
