Lidle Relatives Fail To Reopen Discovery In Cirrus Suit

Law360, New York (November 22, 2010, 5:46 PM EST) -- The families of Major League Baseball pitcher Cory Lidle and flight instructor Tyler Stanger have lost their bid to reopen discovery in a wrongful death suit against Cirrus Design Corp. over the 2006 plane crash that claimed Lidle and Stanger's lives.
