Ex-Western Titanium CEO Unfit For Trial, Attys Say

Law360, New York (November 22, 2010, 1:33 PM EST) -- Lawyers for metal supplier Western Titanium Inc. asked a federal court Monday to sever the company’s former CEO from a military contracting fraud trial, saying he suffered a severe mental breakdown that has rendered him unfit to stand trial with his co-defendants.
