P&G Asks To Fight Align Suit On Home Turf

Law360, New York (November 23, 2010, 4:11 PM EST) -- Procter & Gamble Co. has asked a federal judge in California to transfer a suit accusing it of falsely claiming to have clinical proof that probiotic supplement Align promotes digestive health, contending it should be able to fight the putative class action on its home turf in Ohio.
