GAO Nixes Sikorsky's Chopper Contract Bid Protest

Law360, New York (November 24, 2010, 3:44 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has rejected Sikorsky Aircraft Corp.'s challenge to the terms of the U.S. Navy's request for proposals to supply helicopters for the Afghanistan Air Force, finding that the Navy properly justified its decision to limit the competition to Russian-made helicopters.
