Vonage Slapped With Injunction In Verizon Case

Law360 (March 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a troubling development for Vonage Holdings Corp., a federal judge on Friday issued an injunction barring the Internet phone carrier from using the technology at the center of its patent litigation with Verizon Communications Inc.

The latest setback comes only weeks after the jury found Vonage trampled three of Verizon’s patents for Internet phone call technology and should pay $58 million in damages.
