Viacom Claims YouTube Ruling Imperils Copyrights

Law360, New York (December 3, 2010, 7:27 PM EST) -- Viacom International Inc. fought back in appellate court Friday over a ruling that Google Inc. is not liable for infringement of Viacom programs on YouTube, contending in its opening brief that the decision would radically transform the nation's copyright system.
