Refco MDL Special Master Says Many Claims Should Go

Law360, New York (December 7, 2010, 2:33 PM EST) -- The special master in the Refco Inc. securities multidistrict litigation has suggested that many of the plaintiffs' claims should be tossed because the plaintiffs cannot escape the fact that they may be partially to blame for some of the wrongdoing at issue.
