Apple, Consumers Settle Gift Card Contract Suit

Law360, New York (December 10, 2010, 5:40 PM EST) -- Apple Inc. has settled a putative class action claiming it breached a contract with consumers by advertising songs sold through its iTunes gift cards as cheaper than they actually were, nearly a year after a judge ruled the case met the pleading standards established by Twombly.
