9th Circ. Makes U-Turn In Genocide Insurance Case

Law360, New York (December 10, 2010, 6:16 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court Friday ruled that a California law governing time limits for claims arising under life insurance policies issued to victims of the Armenian Genocide is not preempted by federal policy, reversing its own earlier decision in the case.
