Time Warner Settles Contract Row With Ex-Turner CEO

Law360, New York (December 14, 2010, 8:23 PM EST) -- Time Warner Cable Inc. has agreed to bury the hatchet with the CEO of defunct television services company Turner Media Group in its suit seeking to hold him and a successor company liable for breaching an agreement to broadcast Turner infomercials on its cable systems.

Magistrate Judge Andrew J. Peck of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Monday entered an order of dismissal based on a settlement agreement reached by all parties at a conference held earlier in the day....
