Manatt, McKool Beat NFL Players' Malpractice Action

Law360, New York (December 14, 2010, 6:52 PM EST) -- A federal judge has tossed a class action brought by retired NFL players that accused McKool Smith PC and Manatt Phelps & Phillips LLP of malpractice in an underlying licensing suit, saying the players had plenty of time to raise concerns about their lawyers and a $26 million settlement in the case.
