3rd Circ. Won't Let Contractor Withdraw Guilty Plea

Law360, New York (December 14, 2010, 7:53 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court on Tuesday ruled that an assembly foreman for a defense contractor cannot withdraw his guilty plea to a charge stemming from a scam to produce defective filters and pass them off as authentic.
