Feds Reverse Course, Intervene In Guidant FCA Suit

Law360, New York (December 15, 2010, 4:35 PM EST) -- The federal government has reversed itself and decided to intervene in a whistleblower’s $700 million False Claims Act suit accusing Guidant LLC of marketing an internal heart defibrillator it allegedly knew was defective.
