King & Spalding Reps EarthLink In $370M Deal

Law360, New York (December 20, 2010, 7:58 PM EST) -- EarthLink Inc. is set to acquire regional telecommunications services provider One Communications Corp. for $370 million in a move that will make the combined company one of the largest Internet service providers in the country.

Under the agreement, announced on Monday, EarthLink will acquire 11,700 route miles of a fiber network that spans 17 states, adding to the 16,000 miles and 14 states that EarthLink picked up when it bought ITC DeltaCom Inc. in October.
