Team Must Arbitrate Insurance Policy Fight: 2nd Circ.

Law360 (December 22, 2010, 6:44 PM EST) -- Cleveland's Arena Football League team has lost its challenge to a district court's order that it arbitrate its claims in a dispute with National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., over premiums for a workers' compensation policy.
