Obama Officially Takes Down 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell'

Law360, New York (December 22, 2010, 12:31 PM EST) -- The military's “don't ask, don't tell” policy on openly gay service members was officially repealed Wednesday, as President Barack Obama signed a bill into law that would end legal and political struggles to overturn the policy and begin the months-long process of fully implementing the new rules.
