Judge Trims Long-Running Universal Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (December 23, 2010, 2:58 PM EST) -- A federal judge has stripped the last remaining Sherman Act claim from a nearly decade-old antitrust suit brought by a pair of video distributors against Universal Music & Video Distribution Corp. and two partner companies.
