Trade Secrets Suit Over B&N's Nook To Go To Trial

Law360, New York (January 4, 2011, 1:53 PM EST) -- A federal judge has denied motions for summary judgment from both sides in a trade secrets and unfair competition fight between Barnes & Noble Inc. and Spring Designs Inc. over their parallel development of e-readers, saying unresolved issues of fact prevent him from reaching a conclusion before trial.
