NY Appeals Court Revives Disney Licensing Suit

Law360, New York (January 3, 2011, 6:47 PM EST) -- A New York appeals court has reversed the dismissal of EchoStar Satellite LLC's suit alleging that Walt Disney Co. subsidiaries breached three licensing agreements by demanding payment from EchoStar for the right to broadcast each of the licensed networks in high definition.
