Galleon Defendants Can't Shake Insider Trading Case

Law360, New York (January 5, 2011, 1:43 PM EST) -- Five defendants who allegedly participated in the Galleon Group insider trading ring along with a former Ropes & Gray attorney lost bids Wednesday to dismiss charges against them or to bar the use of wiretap evidence.
