Store Managers Hit RadioShack With FLSA Action

Law360 (January 6, 2011, 2:51 PM EST) -- RadioShack Corp. has been hit with a proposed class action suit accusing the electronics retailer of failing to pay store managers proper overtime wages and misclassifying them as exempt from federal overtime requirements.

The suit, filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, marks at least the third time that RadioShack has faced federal overtime allegations from store managers in the last six months.
