Starbucks Asks Court To Allow Kraft Contract To End

Law360, New York (January 7, 2011, 4:27 PM EST) -- Starbucks Corp. has asked a federal judge to deny a request by Kraft Foods Inc. to halt the termination of a $1 billion contract under which the food behemoth has the exclusive right to distribute the coffee giant's products in supermarkets.
