US Backs Drugmakers In Supreme Court Pricing Suit

Law360 (January 10, 2011, 2:49 PM EST) -- The federal government has sided with drug manufacturers in a U.S. Supreme Court case over alleged violations of Medicaid contracts designed to deliver discounted drugs to low-income patients and other vulnerable groups.
