SEC Sues 4 In Galleon Insider Trading Case

Law360 (January 10, 2011, 5:39 PM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has charged four new people, including a Trivium Capital Management LLC co-founder and an executive of Polycom Inc., in its investigation of the Galleon Group LLC insider trading ring.

The SEC filed the suit Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, alleging that Robert Feinblatt, Jeffrey Yokuty, Sunil Bhalla, Shammara Hussain and Trivium Capital Management were involved in an insider trading scheme that netted illicit profits of $15 million.
