Facebook, Google Want Mobile Web IP Suit Tossed

Law360, New York (January 18, 2011, 6:10 PM EST) -- Google Inc. and Facebook Inc. are seeking to dismiss an infringement suit brought by a content management company over a patent related to mobile websites, saying their users do not have the choice of information channels or the matching links specified in the patent's claims.
