Judge Pushes Back Ruling On Newspaper Suit

Law360, New York (April 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge said Friday that though she was leaning towards allowing real estate investor Clint Reilly to sue as an individual reader to fight MediaNews Group Inc.’s takeovers of the San Jose Mercury News and the Contra Costa Times, she could not yet make up her mind and postponed a ruling on the matter.
