McCaskill Unveils 3 Contracting Reform Bills

Law360 (February 1, 2011, 4:37 PM EST) -- The chair of the Senate subcommittee on contracting oversight, Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., has kicked off the 112th Congress with a trio of bills aimed at reforming overseas contractor liability, procurement preference programs and U.S. Government Accountability Office authority.

The three bills introduced Monday by McCaskill, one of the key proponents of government contracting reform in the Senate, revive the lawmaker's previous contracting legislative priorities that expired during the last session of Congress.
