Calif. Court Allows Changes To Toyota Warranty Action

Law360, New York (February 8, 2011, 7:21 PM EST) -- A California appeals court reversed a trial court's decision to bar a plaintiff from amending his complaint in a putative class action that accuses Toyota Corp.'s insurance division of violating the state's “lemon law” by selling overlapping vehicle warranties.
