Law360, New York (February 14, 2011, 4:19 PM EST) -- A New Jersey jury sided with Merck & Co. Inc. on Monday in the first Fosamax case to go to trial in a state court, freeing the company from claims its osteoporosis drug was to blame for a woman's jaw bone decay.
