Judge Disses Class Cert. Bid In Sanofi Ketek Suit

Law360 (February 17, 2011, 3:27 PM EST) -- A magistrate judge has given a thumbs-down review to third-party payors' class certification bid in their suit accusing Sanofi-Aventis U.S. LLC of fraudulently marketing its antibiotic Ketek by misrepresenting its safety and effectiveness.
