Stanford Accuses US Of Rights Violations

Law360, New York (February 17, 2011, 6:40 PM EST) -- Robert Allen Stanford, the indicted financier accused of running a $7 billion Ponzi scheme, filed a civil complaint against U.S. prosecutors and investigators Thursday, saying the federal government violated his constitutional rights and destroyed $7.2 billion in wealth.
