Delay Of O'Hare Suit Fails To Produce Settlement

Law360, New York (February 17, 2011, 7:18 PM EST) -- A one-week delay of a breach of contract lawsuit has failed to produce a settlement between two airlines and the city of Chicago, which are battling over the planned multibillion-dollar expansion of O'Hare International Airport.

On Feb. 10, United Air Lines Inc., American Airlines Inc. and the city requested that Judge Richard Billik of the Cook County Circuit Court in Illinois sign an order pushing the schedule back by five business days.
