2007 Brings Rush Of IP Practices To Shanghai

Law360, New York (April 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Shanghai is attracting a flurry of U.S. law firms that are rushing to build up their intellectual property practices in the financial capital of China. So far this month, two firms have sent prominent lawyers to join offices in the city.

Last week, Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP sent patent attorney Ping Chu to its one-month old office in Shanghai.
