LA Admin Pleads Guilty To $6M Medicare Fraud

Law360 (February 22, 2011, 6:24 PM EST) -- The office manager of a Los Angeles medical equipment company has pled guilty to conspiring with her former church pastor to scam Medicare out of more than $6 million by falsely billing for high-end power wheelchairs.

Darawn Shadene Vasquez, 26, pled guilty Friday before Judge George H.
