Mets Owners Delay Fight For Discovery In Madoff Case

Law360, New York (February 24, 2011, 6:44 PM EST) -- Attorneys for the owners of the New York Mets pushed back for two weeks a discovery hearing scheduled for Thursday in their heated battle with the trustee liquidating Bernard L. Madoff's investment company.
