Bankrupt Hotel Owner Girds For Battle With Singapore

Law360, New York (February 28, 2011, 2:52 PM EST) -- A dispute is brewing between a bankrupt Paulson & Co. Inc.-owned luxury hotel company and the government of Singapore, which wants to buy the business for $1.1 billion, lawyers for the hotel firm told a judge Monday.
