Fed. Circ. Won't Hear Raytheon Pension Case En Banc

Law360, New York (March 1, 2011, 6:57 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday denied Raytheon Co.'s bid for an en banc rehearing of the appeals court's 2009 ruling ordering the defense contractor to pay the government surplus employee pensions from two units that were sold off, plus interest.
