SF Faces ESA Suit Over Golf Course Operations

Law360, New York (March 3, 2011, 5:21 PM EST) -- Environmental groups on Wednesday hit San Francisco with a lawsuit claiming its activities at a city-owned golf course have killed federally protected frogs and snakes in violation of the Endangered Species Act.
