Lloyd's Looks To Duck Coverage Of NFL Player's Fall

Law360, New York (March 4, 2011, 11:01 PM EST) -- Several underwriters at Lloyd's of London claim they are not liable for coverage of Baltimore Ravens defensive lineman Sergio Kindle's injuries stemming from a drunken fall, according to a New York suit filed Thursday against the National Football League.

In the suit lodged in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York, the underwriters said that they were not liable for costs resulting from Kindle's accident because he was intoxicated at the time.
