Law360, New York (March 14, 2011, 8:08 PM EDT) -- After two recusals, NFL players pursuing an antitrust class action in Minnesota still do not have their likely first choice as judge, attorneys say, but the purportedly player-friendly Judge David Doty may still get the case.
