Torres Blasts State Department Over Iraq Contract

Law360, New York (March 14, 2011, 8:07 PM EDT) -- A defense contractor providing security to the U.S. Department of State in Iraq filed suit Monday in Washington alleging the agency failed to properly handle contracting disputes and threatened to terminate its role in a $10 billion protection project.
