Developers Sue For $1.5B Over NY Crane Collapse

Law360, New York (March 14, 2011, 9:38 PM EDT) -- The developers of a high-rise condominium in New York that became the site of a fatal crane collapse filed a $1.5 billion breach of contract and negligence suit Friday against builder Reliance Construction Group and others associated with the project.
