Judge’s Ruling Will Suspend Texas Vioxx Suits

Law360, New York (April 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In what may be a temporary reprieve for Merck & Co. Inc., a state court judge has issued a ruling that will put on hold a slew of personal injury cases in Texas over the drug giant’s suspended arthritis medication Vioxx.
