Security Guards Win Initial Cert. In Texas FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (March 15, 2011, 8:18 PM EDT) -- A federal judge granted conditional certification Tuesday to a class of service employees who alleged Walden Security did not properly compensate them for breaks and overtime when they guarded Fort Sam Houston, a former U.S. Army base in San Antonio.
