Warner Music Ripped Off Deal Maker: Suit

Law360, New York (April 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The former head of Simon & Schuster has filed a lawsuit against the chair of Warner Music Group, saying he is owed more than $100 million for his work with the acquisition of the music unit in 2003.

Dick Snyder, who was the chairman and CEO of Simon & Schuster for 20 years until leaving in 1994, has smacked Edgar Bronfman Jr. with a lawsuit over the $2.6 billion deal.
