Yellow Pages Publisher Idearc Ducks ERISA Suit

Law360, New York (March 17, 2011, 5:26 PM EDT) -- Yellow Pages directories publisher Idearc Inc. dodged a class action Wednesday when a Texas federal judge dismissed claims from retirement plan participants, saying the company didn't have to stop offering Idearc stock as an investment option while it approached bankruptcy.
