High Court Rejects Banks' Appeal Of Fed FOIA Ruling

Law360 (March 21, 2011, 4:38 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected a group of major banks' bid to block the Federal Reserve from releasing information on 2008 emergency loans to news organizations including Fox News Network LLC and Bloomberg LP.

The high court denied Clearing House Association LLC's twin petitions for writs of certiorari.
