Ga. Cities Win Class Cert. In Hotel Tax Evasion Suit

Law360 (March 22, 2011, 6:07 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Monday certified a class of 259 Georgia cities and counties in a suit accusing online travel companies including Expedia Inc., Orbitz Worldwide Inc. and Inc. of dodging local taxes through contracts with hotels.
