Most Of Subprime Suit Against ING Tossed Again

Law360, New York (March 29, 2011, 7:43 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday again rejected most claims in a shareholder class action against ING Groep NV, finding that a recent Second Circuit ruling could not rescue claims that the financial services giant illegally hid its risky mortgage-related exposures.
